Refund Policy - Attendee Cancellation

A refund will only be issued to individuals who withdraw from the event seven days prior to the event date. Refunds will be issued, less a $2.00 system service charge. The refund may take up to 30 days to process.

Refund Policy – Event Cancellation

Full Refunds will be issued to all individuals who registered for the event. Virginia Employment Commission (VEC) will notify all individuals who registered of the event cancellation and a full refund will be provided.
